Interestingly, corporations turn a blind eye to the number one escalating expense on their books: onboarding. As technology becomes more complex, so does the ramping up of new personnel, regardless of their experience. This problem is compounded by the ever-increasing demand to meet the edge of software and hardware development.

I am looking for a recruiter who will place me in a corporation where I can apply my lengthy experience to make the onboarding process more expeditious. That would include my recommendation for what I term ‘inline onboarding’. Of course, this methodology will benefit your reputation because employees are more likely to be retained. And from the employee’s perspective, they’ll be satisfied more quickly with their contributions.
