About

IETech was founded in 1988. Initially, it was established as a consulting firm for small businesses. After 15 years of being the goto person for anything/everything, I immersed myself back into the corporate world seeking a peer group to further enhance my abilities. As with every job I’ve ever tackled, I’ve identified and been allowed to implement ‘solutions’.

My resume is available upon request.  But, in lieu of that please enjoy my Blog which is, basically, a light hearted history of employment.

Going forward, I’d like to work as a CTO.  What I feel differentiates myself from the vast majority of applicants is my breadth of experience.  I’ve, literally, done nearly every job I’d be overseeing.  Which, in every job I’ve had since college, never existed.  That, in itself, helps me to understand my team better, establish more realistic goals, identify capability to reach objectives, work with my team better by rolling up my sleeves with them, present a more positive environment to work within, and to reach budgeted goals.

Being sensitive to small business finance, I’ve been able to engineer sound solutions using open source technology.  Most priced solutions, often require additional proprietary education.  This, in turn, limits the talent pool, requires higher priced employees, makes the buyers reliant and less flexible.  That’s not to say there aren’t market products worthy of implementation.  It’s more to say, I have the experience to evaluate all solutions to best match requirements and budgets.
